Gardner Bullis School will present. They plan to present about mindfulness and how it is implemented through out the school. Randy Kenyon will present a draft of the Master Facilities Plan. This is a discussion item. His presentation, along with supporting documents can be found as attachments to agenda item I.1 found in the link above (enjoy the over 200 pages of reading, you know I did!). Staff asks for board direction on how the plan should be finalized. Jeff Baier will present the latest developments in regards to the 10th Site Advisory Task Force. This is an action item. Applications to the task force, a letter from the City of Mountain View and a copy of the charge of the 10th Site Advisory Task Force can be found under agenda item I.2 using the link above. The Board is asked to consider appointing those persons that have applied so far and to consider suggestions outlined in the letter from the City of Mountain View. Mr. Baier will also present the time line of the task force for the Board's perusal and comment. Mr. Kenyon will present a Proposed Easement at Gardner Bullis School for a pedestrian and equestrian pathway. This is an action item. The proposed agreement/license can be found under agenda item I.3. Los Altos Hills is requesting an easement along the front of Gardner Bullis for a pathway to improve safety on Fremont Rd. Staff asks for the Board's approval of the agreement. Mr. Baier will present a Resolution in Support of Mountain View Los Altos Union High School District's Bond Measure E. This is an action item. The resolution can be found under agenda item I.4. Mr. Baier asks the Board to endorse/show its support of the high school district's bond measure that will be on the June 5th ballot. Bond proceeds would be used to provide classrooms, science labs and school facilities needed to address enrollment growth in high schools and keep students on a path to success. Lastly, Mr. Baier will present 2017-18 and 2018-19 Board Meeting Calendars. This is an action item. Both calendars can be found under agenda item I.5. Mr. Baier asks the Board to approve a revision to the 17-18 calendar and to adopt the 18-19 calendar. Please note, this is just the highlights of what is on the agenda for 4/23/2018 meeting.
