 The Thursday, February 10, 2022, LASD Board meeting will start this Special Board Meeting at 6:00pm and public participation will happen using the Zoom webinar platform. The LASD Board will be meeting physically together following COVID safe protocols in the LASD Board Room. To register in advance for the meeting, click here. The entirety of this board meeting will be focused on choosing a search firm to help the Board find a superintendent that meets the District's needs. We received two proposals, one from Leadership Associates, and the other from Hazard Young Attea and Associates (HYA). Both firms will present to the Board and the Board will be able to ask them questions. After presentations and questions, the Board hopes to make a decision on which firm to engage. Both firms' proposals can be found under agenda item B.1. Both proposals include the pedigree of the given firm, their processes and timelines, and the cost for their services, among other things. Jessica SpeiserThanks to your support, I joined the Los Altos School District (LASD) Board of Trustees in December 2016.
