Monday, October 26, 2020 LASD Board meeting will start its open session at 7:00pm and it will be held using the Zoom webinar platform.  To register in advance for the meeting, click here.  The entire agenda and supporting documentation for this week's meeting can be found here. 

First up, Jeff Baier will give a School Reopening Update. This is a discussion item and Jeff's presentation can be found under agenda item H.1 using the link above.  His update will include how the physical reopening has gone so far, the kick off of the LASD+ program, what to expect of report cards and conferences, the creation and distribution of a social emotional survey, and the dates and challenges ahead relating to schooling this year and the physical reopening.  

Next. Sandra McGonagle will share LASD's Attendance Update. This is another discussion item and Sandra's presentation can be found under agenda item H.2.  Our attendance this school year has proven to be better than non-COVID years with an average attendance rate YTD of 99.05% (think, no sick days).
